HAMB license plate toppers?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Speed Queen, Nov 1, 2009.

  1. Is there a rumor going a round that there may be some made up a for a xmas charity this year? fallen Heroe's/ troops , or make a wish or?. just thought I heard something..anyone else. I'd be in.

  2. ok, so did I dream this, I know all the early warnings from being a kid, You'll grow hair on your palms, you'll go blind, but they didn't warn me, about dreaming I read something that wasn't there too. someone , anyone.. will their be another run, for charity, for history...oh no, now my eyes are starting to cross, the end most be near.
(note to self, start cutting way back, on the monkey slaps)
surely there aare others that read, spoke or at least dreamed of such a day. come on brothers, band together.

I don't know about any HAMB toppers being made in the future BUT this is one that was made many years ago by WizzerRick. If I rememebr correctly he made two, one was auctioned off on the HAMB and he gave the other to me. It's wired so the dice lites up. One of these days I'll put it on Big Olds but I'm afraid I might "lose" it.

i kind like the fact that they are kinda Rare, and arent everywhere.

Although i dont like the fact that whoever has the fattest checkbook gets it.

  16. Well, so much for the one I saw yesterday. Nice, nice, very cool. Hate it that we can't make another run. :(

From Tommy, the old school HAMBer:
There were 5 made IIRC and the mold destroyed so that there would not be any more to protect our investment. They were auctioned off to support the HAMB. If mine should disappear, I'll hunt you down like an axe murderer.

  20. You expecting charity? There's lots of things I want and can't afford, too. Save your $$$ and take your chance, if they decide to so this.

I'm in for a couple of those. It could be done like an old club plaque. Like this, PAN DRAGGERS Plaque.jpg , but with the logo from the small brass Alliance Member plaque. It's not like we have enough shirts and decals already. :D We need this too. Are we beginning to sound like whiney little children yet?!?!

You could do one of those toppers as an "addition" to the Alliance membership if someone wanted to. Of course there would be an "extra fee" to obtain one, on top of the alliance fee, but it would all be worth it.

  26. No No No, My dreams are never this nice, the Safety Star Dice is wicked sweet..Now thats what I'm talking about..The Hamb full topper is very nice, but takes up alot of room, the dice star, even if it didn't light up, I was just dreaming of the HAMB Alliance badge in a cast form.

"Fallen soldiers" My son who just returned from the sandbox would be greatful, as would the family of his fellow Marines that didn't make it home.
Now see this is how things steamroll into something special
now what about the "Kick'in ass and take'in naps" t shirts..

I could go for one of the Safety Star Dice plaques. Sounds like we have the potential of a fund raiser.
