Another Old Shoebox In The Woods

Seems I can't get far on the backroads without coming across some form of beat down shoebox Ford. This week I was on a somewhat remote Hot Springs Adventure and came across this one along side the road. I had actually noticed what looked like a shoebox Ford hood in the woods about 10 mi before I came across the car. Not much left but a great opportunity to stop and poke around for a few minutes.

 

that chop went terribly wrong.

 

Hard to believe that it was brand new at one point in time

 

some one could use the door tops on there chop.

 

Poor lil guy...if it's a 49 check it for dash knobs

 

not a '49 by the looks of the trunk handle.

 

That'll buff out..lol. But on a more serious note their might be a few usable parts for someone.

it's a 50.it has a gas door.

 

It looks like Bigfoot went ape on it.

 

Nothing a little bondo couldn't fix...

Looks like it was in the path of a tank that drove into the woods.

 

Looks like nothing a few patch panels wont fix.

 

If it was a 32 it'd be back on the road in a week.

 

what the hell would have caused it to look like that?

 

Now who's good at body work and needs a project, any takers? Who's the man?
