Drum to Disc conversion for 49 Merc Sedan

Been trying to find kits online, but been having trouble....anybody have any ideas?

 

I think Scarebird here on the HAMB makes a kit. I gave him all the stock Merc parts to build a kit about a year ago......Beet

I bought a kit from Fatman Fabrications a couple of years ago. It's made by ECI.

 

I have them. There a true bolt on kit with 5.5" x 5 BP. No need to machine spindle and they have the large dia 11" rotors. PM me for more imfo
