It's not traditional, but it is my new daily driver. Rolling on 13-inch Dayton's. I may put Cragar's or Astro's on it at a later date.
So Nads, you're done w/ the Capri!!!! Its beautiful! The interior is soooo much nicer than i thought it would be! Compliments for a very nice ride! Back to the wheels, any idea where to look at other than here and flea-bay?
Yeah bonez, done! Not the trunk or under the hood though. Under the hood will probably never be done, but the trunk's next, just waiting on the carpet. My man Solomon Mills knows his upholstery. I've got a set of rough four spokes if yer interested.
You and I both Dat! I found a set the other day at a swap meet. I couldn't believe there was a complete set, with caps. Then I realized the chrome was peeling-BAD! there was a lot of rust on them too. It killed me to find a set and not buy them, but they were too far gone.
Yeah i might be intrested! Is it Cragars you talkin about? Pm me, i have my email on the profile if you also have pics. Thanx eitherway. Just so im not hijackin here sum more pics. Still from Denver Kris's link. PS Does anybody have anymore info and pics on the Vega Panel? If i remember right it was an Imperial ride.
A classic case of not getting it. WTF? That doesn't belong in a thread on lowriders. Especially with the big wheels... some people are just lost..
Hell yes man. Love the killer old schoollowrider pics!!! And the paintjobs on most of these rides are incredible. You can't go wrong with the astro supreme and thin white wall look....that's classic and timeless bros.
I just dig the lowrider camaro, that 70's version is bad ass. Hey groucho, how about putting a set of early wires or astro's on your vette and taking some pictures.
here is one of my 71 chevelle back in the day.. 6 with split manifold and straight pipes, hydraulics, moonroof, venetion blinds
This is a cool website, with a lot of talent. Maybe, you should take a step back, and get a "feel" for what's going on here before your next post. Hey, just a thought
Couldnt stop myself from followin your signature to look for more of the Chevelle! Really cool, but any more closer and clearer shots? Then what about the Wild Cat? It is a Wild Cat right? Anyway, looks bad ass! And must say that the Regal w/ the Rivi bumper looks kool too. Have you ever managed to finish it?
I am looking for a pic of a chopped 64/65 riv with a vinyl top. My ol man thinks it was orange it was built in the mid sixties by Denver Mullins out of the Fontana area and showed around socal. I will pic my dads brain so more about it later today. This thread rocks.
