hi guys i can pick up a 1965 chevy sport van for $150. Its not in this good of shape. I think it would look crazy but this is what i would want to do to it if i got it. what do you guys think

That would be cool. I've never seen one of those chopped and lowered before.

 

that is chopped about 7'',sectioned about 5'' and slammed it would alot work but could be a sweet future project

i like the g***ers but i am more of a custom person, its so ugly its cool

 

i would lower it and change those wheels.

 

I had a 66 Chevy Handi-van that had F60-14,s on the front and L60-15,s on the back. When you hit the brakes you felt like you were going to fall out through the front window because the *** end was so high. Wish I still had it....

 

this one was at primer nats this year...thinks its just about what you have in your ps!!

 

thats my buddy Slim's van in the last pic. He is dropping a 440 in it right now, running it over the rear axle using a v-drive.

just getting driving. It is what it is, an old work van.

 

Make it a rear engine wheel stander with a clear fibergl*** floor below the driver for visibility.

 

Had one in the 70's. 350 V8, auto. Seats everywhere, gold and white exterior. Hauled ***, handled horribly, leaked all the time... brings back good memories, too.
