    My uncle Neal, Moms brother influenced me. I remember him going to Europe. He was in the 94th infantry div. He survived the 'Battle of the Bulge', was injured and captured in Jan. of 44, in Weise Germany and placed in a prison camp, he survived' He loved Hudson converts, also he had some really neat girlfriends. I served in the Navy, 1962-64 [shipfitter 3rd] on the USS Washtenaw County LST 1166 stationed in Yokosuka, Japan.[darn] Was alerted to load troops while in Okinawa during the Cuba incident.
