Talked to my wife last night about our 54!!! Greasing the wheels man.

I told her well if we go to the Roundup it's like half way there so perhaps we could trailer the '54 to Cali before. Not sure if it worked but like I said greasing the wheels.

You know you can always take a vaca to Texas to chop a 54 if you like! You know you want to come to Texas and all! I think I'll probably end up forgetting most of the stuff from the class before I get to chop it!

Well, i just ordered a deluxe kit from EASTWOOD of the lead free and im gonna lead the chevy!! You gotta start somewhere right??!! It really wont take much! I watched their video and it looks pretty simple and straight forward. I would like to use the real deal but the health hazard always turned me off!

  17. I have heard the lead free is harder to use than actual lead as it has a higher melting temp.

You will have to let me know who it works as i am debating over the lead free and the regular lead.

Ok, so I had a chance to stop by Ian's on my "lunch break" yesterday and have seen Munster's car up close. BTW, great to meet Munster and Chris Casny, as well (finally putting faces to the screennames). Two words came to mind, "HOLY FUCK!". What an amazing job Ian is doing and is completely humble and grateful for all the compliments. I was there and still just blown away that Ian is getting down like this in his driveway.

Again, thanks for the hospitality and let me apologize in advance cuz you're prob'ly going to be seeing me alot.

P.S. next time I am wearing my reeboks

So, Ian, did the template work out pretty well for you with the circle to stretch and the wheeling lines? I hacked off the back of my Plymouth because I wasn't happy with it. I'm going to be making full sail panels like you did for this Chevy. Any advice would be awesome. I really like your work.

I know a lot of you guys that run bags are pretty dead set on a certain size tire because it allows you to lay the frame form front to back but this car is screaming for some 7.10 firestone's like a Merc!!! I am pretty much a tire nazi and it may be my most favorite thing to look at on cars....maybe not but I fantasize about them a lot.

Scooter, never mind that toyota. Your 35 will be your daily once you get off your ass and stop screwing around on that Briggs!!! What the hell have you been doing lately. I think you should take some lessons from Ian here. This dude hustles!!!!

    I should talk huh?

  28. HAHAHA is the split in the bucket so when you hit a bump you don't squash your balls? :D

  29. Thanks. Much appreciated!!
