Some real nice cars here. I personally like the Model A more than the '32 Ford. I just can't understand why people persist in fitting a '32 Grille to a Model A when the original looks much better. The '32 grille is barely acceptable on a 30-31 but looks wrong on the early models. I am probably going to get a bunch of flack over this but hey, just my 2 cents worth.
5" chop, approx equal to a 4" chop on a 30/31. thanks for the kind words, this is my first build. Skotychop did the chop for me, as i didnt want to risk burning the sheet metal (im just learning to weld)
You are fully entitled to your opinion, what looks right to some, looks goofy to others. I would say that the 32 grille on a 28/29 is as traditional as it gets, at least for a lakes style car, and who can argue with the tardel/bishop roadster, among many others. i do agree some look better with 28/29 grilles though (xadamx old 31 roadster comes to mind). If we all liked and built the same thing, what an uninteresting hobby this would become.
