  3. Put the stuff on ebay, that will tell you what someone is willing to pay.

I'd think those valve covers would fetch a decent price, the Hillborn more.

    I'll start at $500.

if you have an item and it sells off ebay for say 100 bucks ,you get to keep 100 bucks..but if that same item brings 10,000 bucks on ebay and they take 100 bucks...who got boned??

I get what your sayin but if i sell it off ebay for say 600, i keep 600. if i sell it on ebay for 600 and then give em 60 i keep 540. i'd rather have 600 that 60 is a full tank of gas, or a weeks worth of groceries. i dont know about anybody else but for me but money isn't that easy to come by these days and as little as 60 bucks is its alot. so thats what i mean.

Actually, you get a much better audience, bidder base on ebay than any other. Pay the percentage and win, don't and lose.

Call up Hilborn or a rep and find out what your intake setup would cost brand new, off the shelf, and then price your intake accordingly.

I understand what you ARE saying ,

    But.

what you have got to understand is that their will be thousands more people that

look at your stuff on that site that will be interested in buying it ..

The ONLY other place that may get you the kind of money thats its worth is

    Racinjunk.com

Good luck with the sale !

The last time I saw a Hillborn set-up for sale for a SBC used at the swap meet it

was priced at 1500.00 for just the intake and stacks (no pump or pulleys)....

I have NO clue about the price for the covers but I would think that it would be up their...

  12. That stuff is loaded with lead paint and probably some mercury too. Send it to me for proper disposal
