Some scary stuff there .He never learned the basics. He Should of joined the Hamb .That chicken scratch weld was horrible and the two metals didn't fuse them selves together. And also its better to let things cool naturally ,when it doesn't matter you can put in water.Depends on the circumstance ....I could go on and on.But Im not going to.

Quenching in water will make the weld brutal and weaken it.

Not all flux core welds suck, My dad wanted me to learn to make good welds with flux core before we moved on to mig welding with gas (don't know why) ,and If I do say so myself I'm damn good at it:D I believe this guy would suck no matter what:)

  17. Loved the end: "just grind it off!"

Yup, THAT'S good advise for that weld, just grind it off and get a HAMBer to weld it!!

Yup, flex core welds are usually pretty brutal. :)

    WTF was THAT?!

Man...I wouldn't let that moron cleanup after my dog in our backyard!

"What I'm going to do here is a little "spot weld".....

    TACK WELD YOU @#$%^&* .......

I just HAD to email that link to my instructor at Henry Ford Community
College here in Dearborn that taught me how to weld.

...boy-o-boy is he gonna get a kick out this!

I am sure he will be able to make use of that little film-show in some
    of his "101" classes...

Sometimes a little bit of knowledge is just too dangerous...

Amazing...the only question that I have is what motivates someone who obviouly knows nothing about the subject at hand to want to make an instructional video??? I am sure he will grow up to be a very successful politician!
