The car really has the look. It must be chopped to fit the profile planned. I like the tires but maybe balloon ones would look better. When will the chop begin and how much....5 or 5 1/2?

Don't hate me, but I like it unchopped! Gonna be a beautiful car. Go with the 5 1/2 front and 4 1/2 back with a Doyle Gammel lean on the windshield.

One more vote for UNCHOPPED. Looks perfect as it is.

The front axle is a superbell 34' axle.

Its surprising to see how many of you are voting for it to be un-chopped. I'm kind of torn myself. But one thing will help. I plan on starting on the body now. And I plan on fixing all the issues with rust and dents (especially the issues in the roof) with it stock height. So basically it will all completely mocked up with hood and grill before I start any chop. So at that point i'll see if I like it stock height.

Here is a quick photoshop picture of the chop verses the stock height. The chop still gets my blood boiling.

As nice as it looks stock roof height,I'd still go with the original plan and chop it.
    Great work!

To me there's only one way for a "Bonneville styled" 1932 tudor! Chopped and to me the "A" pillar needs to be laid back to be a true "Bonneville styled" 1932. Something like Jimmy B's post picture. That's a really nice build you've got there. I love the flat head.

Chop it for sure. The car rules and will go faster chopped..even without the motor. Compare the two below, both nice cars but which one has the bad boy look?

Just my 2 cents...A Bonneville salt flat type car should be chopped to keep with the race inspired build. Do what gets your heart pumping.....:D

It's your car, all others are just opinions.

Had a spare hood top that im using to mock up the height of the grill shell. Looks like ill have to shorten the bottom of the shell a few inches :)

Also I did some more photo-chop's, see what you guys think. These are 5" in the front, and 4" in the back.

5 is good in front but I would go 4.75 in the center and 4.5 in the rear. Graduated chop tends to straighten out the drip rail.

You know you have to go with the hard chop. 5.5" front. 4 to 4.5" in the back. I can't wait to see it cut. Looks great.

It looks great un-chopped ... diffrent. I am building a 32 sedan as well and your pictures have changed my mind ... I am not going to chop it, because everybody expects it to be chopped.
