waaay cold though wouldn't have been bad if it weren't for the wind.. ok yeah it would have, but the wind made it really bad.

hey dude, were you at the right voodoo donut? there are two of them. this was at the one on sandy blvd.
you must have been at the one on the west side, because there were tons of people there at 10:40
we didn't leave until noon and there were still some stragglers there at that time.
    next month though.

****... I didn't know there were two, ha guess I should have read a little more closely. Oh well next month. I did see one ****er yellow shoebox in LO when heading over, it had red steelies and a cracked window. That belong to anyone?

Was Voodoo donut featured on the food channel? They hold wedding ceremonies , and make all kinds of crazy custom donuts? strange cause i was just telling my wife about the place but couldn't figure out the shops name...looks like you guys had a nice turn out!

yeah. the original one in sw portland, which is literally just a hole in the wall, is pretty famous. the second location where we were yesterday would have been the one they were having weddings at and stuff like that, since it's so much bigger.

    VooDoo Krew!!!

So...You've all probably heard me talk about the Billetproof Show more than once...I'll admit it, I'm addicted, 650 cars entered last year (all outdoors)...So Shooter and I were talking yesterday about doing a Convoy to the show this summer. I know, I know, we're barely into December...it's cold as hell...and you're "Not sure if you have anything going on that far out"...but if you plan on it NOW..you'll know for a fact that you have something going on that far out? So...June 26th & 27th are the show dates...details at

    http://www.billetproof.com/upcomingshows/washington/

I'm trying to get a Big *** group (If you're affiliated with a C.C., Bring'em all...if Not, Bring yourself!) to meet Portland/Vancouver area Saturday morning (June 26th)...early, gates open at 9am...Head up I-5 or I-205, depending on where we decide to meet. It's approximately 87 miles...we'll stop about half way to gather, gas up, make sure everything is there under the hood? You guys know what I'm talking about? Pull into to Chehalis...enter the show...park together...coolers full of frosty beverages...lawn chairs...chill? My wife and I stay Saturday & Sunday, we stay at the Holiday Express right off of the freeway, met a lot of cool guys and gals at the hotel alone that were part of the show...10 min from the show...head to downtown Centrailia Saturday evening for the Cruise...Sunday morning...complimentry breakfast at the hotel, curise over to the show...hang out all day...awards handed out...go with the flow...

In the coming months we can BS about it more...but just keep this event in mind...Love to Mob up through Washington 30 or more deep?

    Keep it Greasy!

    Mondo,

I'm in! I missed it last year and was not to happy.

It will be the longest trip I have made with the ol' T to date, so it will be interesting to see how it does. If were going up I-5, It will befun keepin' up with the rest of you but I do my best.

Hell Yeah!! No problem...I hit 3rd and cruise in the right lane...we'll keep with ya! Remember, it's all about the journey...we got there around 1:00pm this past year...and people were still showing up...cars and spectators.

That's perfect! I can get her up to 65+, but I don't like to keep her "wound out" for long...just too hard on that old motor. I like to cruise at 50-55 which is a good speed and hills are not the best cause I have to down-shift the O.D. on the steeper ones.

I agree, take your time and enjoy the ride!

No worries...there were bunch of cars that were late 60's...even an early 70 Buick? If it's Big...Low...Not full of $$$ ****...and not trailered...you're in. About the only thing they care about after 64...is that it's not a Muscle car!

    Newport...You're in...No problem!!

that's funny, i was just thinking about triple a a little bit ago. i was driving the chrysler over to landon's shop where it's going to hide out for a bit while the weather is bad and i thought "****, it's dark, 25 degrees and windy as ****. what if i were to break down. that would ****..."

i think i'm gonna get it too.

Carston I are up for a run to Billetproof with the Corvair, probably not many of those there. It's around Melissa's and my Anniversary (June 24) so not sure if she will agree to it, but Carston & I will go one way or another.

Sorry I didn't make it last Sunday, but I am trying to finish painting a '70 Mustang for a friend but the damn weather ain't helping much.

MrModelT we will follow you like always just keep don't make too many wrong turns and keep the rooster tails down if it's raining!! [IMG]

Hey Clayton do you think the guys would like to see the Motorwheel in January?
