FREEBIE: A Crap Load Of FREE AVATARS I Made For The HAMB...MERRY CHRISTMAS

It's Christmas so I thought I'd give the HAMB a little something...

I'm a big fan of old advertising art and pulp imagery. I got a wild hair and thought I'd make a bunch of pulp novel art avatars. There were a lot of risque covers made, but I tried to keep them as PC as possible for the easily offended.

Why these images? Car photos seemed too expected, and it's always fun to mix things up a little!

Anyway, Merry Christmas and feel free to use them as you see fit, since I didn't paint them!

PS.. Extra credit is given if you can name the novel that any of the avatars came from (that don't have the title on them, of course). Many times the titles are even crazier than the art!

No, but there are a few Pulp-themed books out there. I think I have most of them. I'm too lazy for scanning, these were all cropped from web images.

I see somebody getting a "Please don't post half naked women in the HAMB" message from the powers that be. I got one for posting 2 fully clothed women and a girl in a bikini.....posing with traditional rods????

Cool stuff in my book though. Reminds me of those old sleezy detective mags from the late 50's & early 60's.

click on your name, then click on manage account, then click on edit avatar, then upload new avatar photo. And if you do use one of Kirk!'s photos you would have needed to right click and save photo into a folder on your computer first.
