I drove 600+ miles to pickup a cab for a 1956 Ford F100 pikcup for $100. The guy asked if I needed a bed and when I saw it was in good shape asked how much?" He said $100. The bed had rear fenders attached. Then he asked if I need spare rear fenders and yes I bought them too for only $50. Sooooo, I got four rear fenders, a cab and a pickup bed all for only $250. A gold mine to say the least.

Wife and I went to Maui for almost 3 weeks.
I got a new job as an instructor for the local college's automotive program.
Speedweek 09 was perfect. The bonus, I was able to finally meet some of my club members and friends there.

Next year promises to be even better..

    Sounds like a good year.

Glad that we could meet and hang out at Speedweek. There were a lot of memorable times out there on the salt. You also made a good impresion on Donovan, thanks for being such an upstanding guy. Have a good 2010.

I got to move back to Florida, from the Virgin Islands. Now I am back in the cars community, instead of the only one.

At my age waking up 365 days in a row is a good thing. Staying married to the same women is good. Being lucky to keep on surviving in the Hot Rod business another year thanks to all the great people who put their faith in my products. Thanks

nice work man! i swear the only thing that will stop me in my tracks like a car is a dog-i love dogs so much. shelter dogs are awesome-they seem so grateful to be out of there, i swear they are the best dogs.

everyone-rescue a dog! it's almost as rewarding as rescuing a car!!

    dogs rule!

    1. Found and bought three Hemis
    2. Became an uncle for the second time
    3. Got outta debt, about 10K worth thanks to the EX!
    4. Stuck it to the tax man!!! One year no taxes!!! (Thanks to Uncle Sugar and Afghanistan)
    5. Got back in shape

Three of the five are because of a deployment to Afghanistan, but its been the best one so far and my Troopers are top notch. Its so easy to be negative in a place like this but that would be too easy. We find the positives and exploit the hell out of them.
