hi guys, just a reminder for voodoo donuts this sunday the 3rd at 10AM if you can make it. we've been having some good turn outs, let's keep it going! looks to be mostly sunny and mid 40's, so it won't be as crazy cold as the last time!!

might be some bikes cruising out too, as i've invited a few people i know with choppers. we'll see.

anyway, hope to see you there. and don't forget, it's the voodoo on sandy blvd on the east side, not the one downtown.

Wow...that is Harsh...Sad really...there was a guy in my neighborhood when I was in High School, back in Phoenix, that had a '64 Impala SS that I wanted to buy, Cash in hand...it was in perfect condition...ZERO Rust...it was Arizona...interior was original black vinyl with buckets. Hadn't run in 20 years at the time...
Anyhow, I stopped by his house one day to make a final offer...he said that car would rot before he sold it to someone like me that would turn it into, and I quote..."a Circus Car"...true...I was a LowRider at the time...but who the hell was he to sacrifice such a vehicle because he did not like my taste? I wonder if it's still there??

    Anyhow...that poor '49 & '64, and many, many others...R.I.P

    See ya guys Sunday!

i was about to comment that some people are just ****s-but then i remembered that i myself have turned down potential buyers because i didn't like the way they came off.....who am i to judge? oh well, to each there own-unless they're trying to buy one of mine with plans to turn it into a "rat rod" haha.

alright, just kidding (kinda) see ya sunday.

I agree...if someone comes across like a total *#%@, then yeah...tell'em to hit the road...I've done that many times...hell, even a simple phone call conversation will turn me off from any further discussion of what I have for sell...just something about this guy though, I was kind, courteous, and willing to pay a nice price (because I really wanted it hands down) for a 17 year old student s****ing together his nickels & dimes...Ah well...you're right, it takes all kinds...

    See ya tomorrow...

haha. you must be referring to "the ****"

funny, i had a meeting with the lady from voodoo because they are doing a signature donut for us- "the beauty BAR", it's basically a chocolate bar with our logo on it-cuz it's a bar, get it... anyway:

she was funny because she keeps telling us about how we should carry "the ****" because the women love to buy "the ****" and about how they make "the ****" and that we will "NEED the ****"

she's telling this to me and my business partner, two big dudes with a bunch of tattoos, and we're suppose to keep a straight face while she tells us we need "the ****" it was pretty funny...

    That's John James' truck.

I have a sticking valve in the Ford, two sick kids, a sick wife (not in a good way), and I'm coming down with a cold. Eat something fattening for me.
