This shit is contagious y'know. Not helpful, I've got a C motor waiting in the garage for me to put together.

No fukkin joke... That car is a huge inspiration for my own roadster project. If I can come even remotely close to the mojo that thing has, I'll be ecstatic.

    What is that?^^^^

Doesn't look like an A from the back, more like a T.

It's an A frame & rotted A cowl. cowl was pie-cut in to "V" the dash & make the body follow the frame rather than overhang. The touring car rear section is unknown, narrowed it to frame width also. Filled between with fab pieces & butchered touring car door.
I wan lucky to find the pieces I did. Probably have to make all the next body

Hey Loudpedal, your roadster looks a lot like the one Kirk F. White had a while ago. Is it the same car? I love it either way! I met Kirk at Hershey a few years ago, cool guy.

Yep, same car. I sold it to Jim Jard not long after I built it. Then he sold it to Kirk...

Thanks Steve! I take that as a real compliment knowing the kind of cars you've built:)

Alright guys, I built a hood for it so I could add it to this thread (ok not really). But it is a Model A with a V8.

Ok, it does have a traditional Ford driveline and chassis, just the engine doesn't belong here.

Here's mine. 29 Roadster, 40 Merc mill with a lumpy cam, 40 Merc trans with column shift. 40 Ford rear, spring behind with new rear frame, F1 frt brakes, 40 Ford rear brakes, dropped 29 frt axle with lengthened 29 wishbone, F1 X-member and pedals. Which set of wheels and tires do you like better; Wide white dragsters or 6:00-16's? I'm torn.
