  1. Not my gig, but to each his own. I can't tell how safe the welding and fabrication is - hopefully all that work was done well if it is going to be on the road.

man oh man so many wrong things it just leaves me speechless this morning... you need to spend another 18 days fixing it up so it can be fixed.

  5. Im not one to care about critics at all.. I do though want to straighten out that We DO drive these hell we drove the courier all over the place and if you see the video you see how low it was with no air ride! To think this is just THROWN together cause it was 18 days is crazy i know a reputable shop with a good name on the hamb that builds a car almost just like this in 6 days.. It all depends on your man power i would think if you seen this car in person you would think different. YES the car is done and you would have to have been looking pretty hard for something wrong to notice we have not put all of the lugs on the front wheels yet we didnt figure we were going to drive it today in case you didnt notice it is snowing

id keep a close eye on those upper 4 link brackets welded to that cast housing..

  7. I like the car but there are just soo many 2 door sedans that all look the same. I don't like the idea of welding on the cast part of the housing either. And I like the idea about driving the cars. If you can't drive em for 8-9 hours at a time whats the damn point of having them!

    Slaughterhouse is an appropriate name.
We used to just call them "butchered".

It's horrible, maybe you could move front axle forward just a bit more, or better yet start a new trend and move the rear axle back about 3 feet.

Cars like this used to be cool 5 years ago. They just aren't anymore. I'll admit to liking them then, but they aren't practical, they are a waste of a good body and parts. I hope you kept all of the parts to unchop it.

The Future of Hot Rodding is History! Get that into your skull!

i think they gotta move on to the next cool thing. instead of spears all over the place they should start welding razor blades everywhere. i mean havent you heard "your not cool unless your steering wheel has a couple of razor blades on it"

not only will this make them cooler, but it will help thin the population of idiots.

    win-win.

Regardless of the styling, the welds are not safe. Looks like the upper bars on the four link are made out of garbage..

They "billetproof" badge on the tank is cool. Though your carburetor is a ten pound chunk of billet aluminum.

Well,.... I guess I might as well put a target on my forehead,....

I am not a fan of the car either,... However how about some constructive comments ?
We all wonder who is going to take over this stuff and want to build Hot Rods when were gone, then there are some young guys that take it upon them selfs to get motivated and get out in the garage and work with there hands,... and we tear them apart. Yeah thats right,.. lets tear them apart and discourage them instead of trying to give them some direction.

When I was young I grew up across the street from Bob Kiaser (I had no Idea who he was),... He would stop over when I was trying to braze patches into a old car, ask why I am messing with this old junk,... laugh and ask if I wanted a few tips,....

I met Frank Mack on Telegraph one night when my Fairlane an I got our butt's soundly beat by him and his 57 chevy ,..... He could have ripped me to shreds next time I seen him, but a friendship ensued and I learned a ton from him.

Think back to your early efforts,... maybe they were considerably safer and better built (maybe not) ,.. But these guys have something that is really rare today,... DESIRE & MOTIVATION !,....... most young guys don't have it (at least not for cars).

There is a lot of things I would change on this car, but there is a difference between trying to lead someone in a safe direction or tie them to the car and drag them there,.......

let your conscious be your guide,......

    Oh Me!.

As others have said...not my cup o' tea. It was yours to do with what you wanted. As for myself, I don't want anything that's easier to get into and out of from the roof than it is the doors. Hope you enjoy it!:D

This car is definately not my style of hot rod but to each his own. Those spike things on the interior of a car are... just a very bad idea. I've welded several cast housings and have never had a problem. I'm sure you expected some bad comments posting your rat rod on this traditional hot rod web site.

The average fart seem's to be whining about similar things... like they fucked it up by chopping it too much, I'm pretty sure the P3 coupe is chopped quite a bit more and a lot more of a desireable body style so who's fucking what? Or how about the yeah I'm over the whole rat rod thing it's been done to death, well then we should have all stopped building '32 coupe's and roadster's a long time ago because those cars are way more OVER DONE than any style of rat rod.

The fucking arrogent blind trying to lead the proclaimed blind ain't gonna work gents.

Winner winner chicken dinner. This is probably the dumbest fucking thing I've read on the HAMB so far. 8 to 9 hours, are you serious? Do you have any idea how many owner's of hot rods you just tried to insult? Have you driven a A or T coupe for 8 to 9 hours at one time?

Harms Way hit it on the head! Just keep discouraging new, different, or younger guys. Pretty soon we can say goodbye to them, English, and cursive handwriting.
