    No, the one son that caused all the problems took it all out of spite,... I have no problem with him, but he does with his family (he is the one that brought on the lawsuit, and had the lien from back taxes) ,... I have let him know that I would love to have some of the stuff to put back in the shop,... time will tell.

  3. very cool, I have a cabin at Higgins Lake, and cant say I've ever noticed this shop..I'll have to look for it in the summer when I head up there..pretty jealous I didnt find it first!
     
  4. I'm sorry I missed this thread the first time around, so a belated CONGRATULATIONS is in order. That is a beautiful building with real character and a really nice layout to boot. Keep us posted with pics of your progress and enjoy every minute of it.

    Great news I couldnt be happier for you, I purchased an old international truck dealership and sinclar station and just have had a blast with it, My sons and I call it our toy box . Good for you man
