In your travels, what heros have you had the honor of rubbing elbows with? Here are a few I had the pleasure to - "Miss Hurst" Linda Vaughn

Hey Aaron, what're you doing up so late? I was just thinking about you the other day when Kev was over. Are you going to stay up north or do you plan on moving back down? Vic

My pops and my best friend Jon....

Yeah corny....but me thinks it's the truth...

I've met alot of famous people....I've never really gotten off on it (not knocking those that get a kick outta it, I'd love to chat with any number of the guys above) Just saying....famous people to me...for the most part are normal people that have done extrodinary things OR were in the right place at the right time doing the right thing or have the right talent to gain notoriety.

    Thats my perspective anyway....

Edit: To add I'd much rather meet those guys above than alot of the famous folks I've met....those cats ^^^^ are COOL!

I was at AutoRama some years back and caught up to George Barris and Billy Gibbons. They were going to a blocked off section to eat. Well, George acted like I wasn't there and even seemed to walk faster! But Billy took the time to chat and even asked a chick, standing near by, to take a pic of us together.

At another AutoRama I ran into George again. I asked for his autograph and he told me to get in line like everyone else and pay the $10! I lost all respect for him that day.

Geez Vic, It's not hard to rub elbows with those kinda folks when you have a******in' Willys coupe like you do. Customize a 70's Matador and see who wants to be your friend. I would settle for just hanging out with Kevin since I already consider him to be one of my hotrod buds. ( chuckling to myself). I'm easily amused though.
