there are some great pics here! It kind of makes me feel lazy. I look at all these guys and gals all done up just to head down to the burger shack or grocery store. Classy folks, you don't see that any more. I guess people had more time to take care of themselves and their things back then. Not the rat race it is now.

Here's a picture (also my avatar) of my dad in 1956 "barnstorming" atop his 1932 Ford 2-door, and his buddy's 1932 Ford coupe. He was 17 at the time. The sedan is the car he drove while dating my mom. Check out his white "bucks". (shoes) Very stylish at the time.
