MERRY CHRISTMAS from Jack and Shirley, we made it home.

  6. Working on the decklid today. I'll get some pics up later.

  7. Richard, take some Naproxin for your head and post some photos of that decklid!

  8. Got the substructure for the decklid tacked today.

    Started with a big hole:

Did the ubiquitous beer box pattern. Took two boxes taped together as it's kinda long. One of my high falootin' buddies(Louie S.)brought the fancy pants high dollar yuppie beer:

In case anyone thinks I don't actually do this shit myself, just drink beer and watch:

  9. Got a little too mutch curve, helps to have a 300lb. buddy. Thanks Levi(Konacruiser)!

Put some thick washers in there for spacers:

Just tacked for now, until I get a skin or make one.

I want to come take pics when you are ready

  12. The Rivi will be in paint before this one; I want to get the T to a rolling chassis, then start prep on the Rivi for paint.

  13. I like the way the mock-up looks. Hard to get a vision of how low it will be though. Bet it will be fun to drive!!!!

looking great so far, i really like how the frame turned out for the deck lid

  15. That's about the ride height it will be; 4" clearance on the oil pan is already pushing it.

Make the decklid sking-you already have a shrinker. "Chadillac" here on the HAMB did a tech how to on one for his cool looking T coupe. Search that one out to see how Chad did his.
You can bend the edges easy enough w/o a brake, using some angle iron and your bench top.
    Great build/nice work!
