I had a request for some additional pictures of my custom 1960 Ford Falcon Ranchero convertible. There off the cell phone, so they are not the best. Once the weather improves in Washington I plan to wax it up and take some good pictures. It's a blast to drive, sounds like a bunch of bad ass coming down the road.

And this is my current one im building, plan on keeping this one for a little ... bagged in rear on leaf springs, no notch as i live in a state where modifying chassis is illegal and dont want to go to the trouble and not be able to drive the thing.... i have NOS cruiser skirts (still to fit) and visor for this so should be a kool one... still gotta trim it and put all back together but yeah you get the idea

    SOLO 909,
I like the looks of the close shave. It changes my mind about 4 rds. Have you done engine, suspension mods yet?

Thanks! Suspension - I did shelby drop with 1 1/3" cut coils, I raised the shock towers 1" and the back just has 3" blocks I also upgraded to the 65 mustange 14" rims to fill up the wheelwells a little more. No engine mods yet any idea what I could do to pep this up a little bit?

    Solo,
A late model head (78-79) alittle stronger cam,headers,2-v carb, that is if its a 170 or a 200 I-6 Oh yea, and a 70s Comet -Maverick 8" rear end.
Next option: Sb ford v-8,302 roller motor and a c-4 or T-5 5 speed
And again a 70s Comet -Maverick 8" rear end. May won't to cut it to 551/2" for more and bigger tire & wheel. The 70s Mav- Comet rear is 1/2" wider than your stock rear end.
The v-8 change will most likely be cheaper and give better power for your $$$.

A lot of nice looking Falcons here and I keep coming back to see all the updates...I guess a wagon would be my choice. Are there an elusive parts on these cars and what years. I was turkey hunting last spring and ran across this one....can't save it though..last pic is a buck rub..he was back this year.

Here are the latest set of pics of my old falcon that I sold to a friend, finished out the bodywork, powdercoated suspension parts, and a fresh 427.
