This Merc was so beautiful...then you walk around the rear and see 59 Caddy taillights! WTF!!!!!

This was a close as I could get to Ian's Chevy. There was NO CHANCE of getting a side shot or anything else...Guess i'm not the only one who likes it,LOL...

This one was done by StudebakerDaves friend Tony. His shop is in Orange right next to HotrodDon and Jimmy White/Circle City Hotrods...

 

Looks like he may be represnting it as a "original barn find" type car like the "little monster" while in fact, it's a recent build. i'd like some more explanation as well.

It was getting late,so I went over to JustplainJ's motorhome and shoveled down some carne asada and chips. He let me play with rat,with a lift kit! hahaha! Thanks again Jim for the grub and company...

 

Paul Gommi's car - he is DEEP into traditional and period correct parts and has even sold me a few. I don't get why he run's pressurized radiator caps. on his cars. There's no need to, many flatheads run great with stock rads.

What is the misrepresentation?

 

What a fun day! I didn't even have a chance to go through all the buildings and see all the cars parked outside. Next year i'm gonna have to so Sat and Sunday!!!

He likes to "embelish" the history about his car. And MANY people have told me the same story. NOT saying he's a bad guy. I don't know him. And I love the car also.
