Thank Skip, he posted the pic of my high school buddy, Joe Lassalette's '40 at the March meet in '65. They won C/G, and he still has the Smoker's trophy.

 

I remember this car very well. It was built and campaigned by Wayne County Speed Shop and held national records before it was sold to Larry Copp.

HAHAHAHAHA, nitrofc, you ever see Frank Feddericci drive "the Shark"? Every pass I ever saw him make he about ground through the zoomies. It was always exciting to watch, and he probably put a half mile on the car with every pass!
