Oh Man, what a rush of good memories. All the neighbor kids love the Helms Man... Even better that we loved the Good Humor Man.

we used to put this card in our window to tell the Helms man that we NEEDED DONUTS!!!

Is the Helms bakeries still in buisness or have they gone the way of everything else that was good in this country,it would be neat to have a bakery that did home delivery now.

Nope they went out of business long ago. After that some enterprising person bought a few of the old delivery trucks and changed the "e" to "o" and sold Holms bakery goods but that didn't last long. Helms had the best glazed donuts, still remember how good they tasted!
