Here's just a quick sketch I did to get this car out of my head so I'd quit dwelling on it. I call this my "Commuter". My wife won't let me have a motorcycle, so I'm trying to get a little closer with a car.

I like that! Another sympathetic chord: or rather several. I've had some cyclecar ideas, and a perennial motorbike-powered Austin Seven special idea. That headlight is cool! Bedelia meets '53 Buick.

So can we blame you for coming up with plexi wheels? :D

They look good man but the evolution of your style is even better.

Not sure if its a real concept, custom or photoshop, but this Volvo 1800 - based custom does it for me. Would shift to a five spoke smaller diam wheel,w/ period correct sidewall height though.

  15. not quite "concept", but had a lot of fun reverse engineering these for a couple customers that wanted their hand built bodies translated into CAD then separated out and made into dies/stampings panels that could be welded togther.

Ive seen that before too, those pics I think were computer rendered but I think they were going to build a few...my Dad really likes the P1800 and if i were to ever win the lottery, I would build him something along those lines.

  17. Here are a few of mine....

Zombie, that is the coolest '61 Ranchero EVER!!

A lot of awesome stuff here....wouldn't it be great if they all (well, most) were built?

Here's a couple "concepts" before I started building.

Its a digital rendering (?) the talented Bo Zolland http://www.viztech.se/ did for hypercar builder www.koenigsegg.com/ who said they would build it in this story http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/05/koenigsegg-engineer-building-modern-day-volvo-p1800/

Here's a small sampling of his handiwork...
