No pictures, but I have a gorgeous pair of Grancor, a couple pair of Fenton, a corroded pair of Harrell, and a single Edmunds Custom looking for it's mate. Can't see myself ever paying money for Edelbrock or Offy.

This is the best I can do. No clue what it is. No markings that I can find. I bought a single Ford Denver head too. No idea if they are the same size or not.

Django, I had a pair of heads exactly like the single you posted. They came off a flathead my grandfather had and for some reason he toook them off and replaced them with some iron ones. He gave them to me when I was in highschool and I had them for many years. When I worked at a automotive machine shop for awhile the foreman was looking for some aluminum heads for a flathead he was building for his wife's car and I gave them to him. wish I still had them but at the time if they didn't fit a SBC or BBC I could have cared less.:(

This thread has me drooling on the keyboard. The closest I can come is a cracked edmunds on my wall at the shop.

They are hollow for a water jacket. I doubt people were creating sand castings with an inner core in their backyards (or even home shops).

Certainly not the rarest ones on this thread but I had a HELL of a time trying to find a pair of these weiand 8ba's. The driver's side one is currently out for a spark plug hole repair.

    Eric,

Are those the Canadian heads I've heard about? EGGE machine sells some 24 stud aluminum heads that are stock Ford and I've been thinking of gettting a set.

I'll try to get some photos when I get over to my folk's house, but I have a pair of earlyish heads that Creighton Hunter ran on one of his flatties. Not too rare, but at least there's some histort behind 'em.

I am a fan of stock looking head compared to the finned counterparts. That's why I picked up those Cheater heads.
