electrodude all i gotta say is wow lol. nice bugs. this is my 2nd one. i wanna make it look kinda like a two tone 50's bomb. with a visor and suicide doors. they r too damn fun

Who's up for doing some period lettering on my Falcon A/GS Car?



It's called the "Strange Bird" I'd like that on the rear quarters, preferrably a red and black outlined silver or gold leaf (hows that for a challenge?) Where you at James D? Please? Pretty please with sugar on top?

The rear quarter windows will be red, and will have period water transfer decals, and A/GS on them. All the trim will be gone. It will also say "chuckles garage" on the front fenders and the trunk lid.

Eventually its getting spindle mount spokes in the front as well.

Ya know, I'm still learning this stuff...and I'm not all that great at it, but I do know one thing: it takes time. Put your picture up, and if someone doesn't grab it in a week and do it, THEN ask again. Asking again in the same day just kinda puts my teeth on edge, and maybe I'm alone on this, but it's how I feel

That said, I love this thread, and I love doing these, so please don't stop submitting.

 

You are not alone on this Electrodude. I do this for fun. It's rewarding to help people out with their car builds. Just a little patience is all we ask. It's a hobby for most of us that do this, we don't want it to become a job.

I'm thankful that this thread is here too! I don't have a hot rod or custom so it's great to be able to take part in the virtual world. Keep on posting people.

Anybody want to paint it white, loose the ninety eight fender badge, and add some Moon Starburst hubcaps and wide white walls. Heres a pic, and a pic of the hubcaps. thanks in advance.

 

Good idea. I agree with you guys.

 

A black logo will probably stand out better against white paint.
