The story I got on that car is that there son bought it before he went to nam. He never came and they will not sell it because of that reason. Not sure if the story true but I heard it by more then one local. That car been sitting there since the late 60 or early 70's. I have seen it go from a nice looking car to what you see now.

Here's some 'abandoned' vehicles on a friend of mines property up in Oysterville Washington on the Long Beach Penninsula. My favorite is the old powerwagon with the 38x20 tires on it.
F@&$ing Photobucket. Why even bother to offer pic hosting if they are just going to delete it in one day.
I almost hesitate to post this. It isn't nearly "abandoned" by HAMB standards. But last year I randomly came across this photo of my car, taken a few years before I bought it. It was on a website called "Car Tomb" which claims to show old abandoned cars. Sadly, by the time I bought this, some idiot had "customized" it by spray painting (poorly) much of the chrome in black. These days she's garage-kept and is slowly being cleaned up.

If I remember right the 2 M38A1's you're looking at in the bottom picture aren't abandoned at all, rather awaiting fabricators to work on them. I believe them to belong to a Pakistani Jeep builder (In Pakistan.... whoddathunk?) <input id="gwProxy" type="hidden"><!--Session data--><input onclick="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" type="hidden">
there were heaps more, but so buried under the bushes that you could hardly make out what they were , let alone get a decent pic!
