Anyone know the name Cliff Zink? Top Fuel pilot from early 60's or have a photo of a Top Fuel car called "De Judge"?

My typo error, not a failing of recollection, at least in terms of reciting the mans name correctly. And yes, the Coleman and Crietz car was destroyed, at Tulsa I think. But it had been explained to me that the cowling was the only body part installed, while the tail and nose were in the trailer.

Here's one that I don't think has been posted yet. "The Glass Slipper", featured in Hot Rod, back in the mid to late fifties, I think.
It was seen as one of the first to combine aerodynamics and beauty.

Doss, Clayton & King car is probably my favorite. And, Wayne is as genuine as they come.

I didn't see any reference to who did the outstanding body on this digger. Thought I post this and see if anyone has more historical information.

Pretty? Maybe not, but definitely pretty bad looking (and performing). And the Greek's still doing 46 years later!! Trivia: That's Rod Stuckey's '56 Ford Wagon pushcar.

What magazine and issue are the images in post [IMG] 01-03-2009, 10:33 PM from? I've been looking for this issue for years. I bought this magazine on the way to Boy Scout camp and became hooked on race cars. I would like to purchase this magazine again.

    Thanks, Phil

Here's a few of the T/F cars that I've had the pleasure to do the paint and lettering on .
