History Open Cars... or Why 9 of 10 women go "TOPLESS"

  1. I loved my old 300 (a '66) but it was a hardtop so I kept the girls someplace else. :p

  2. Hahaha.... looks like the only places women like being topless around hardtops is in the trunk or on the hood... nothing wrong with that!

Everbody loves a ride out in a roadster - even if it's 120 mile round trip for breakfast on a cold Sunday morning.

Driving in a t bucket to the first Nationals Street rod run in Memphis nearly broke me of drop tops but got over it in my old age. The damn windshield on the thing had about a
1/8 inch gap between the two panes of glass and when a big rig came by on a wet road
the spray off the tires would shoot thru the gap like a water jet cutter .....sort of a water pick for all the bugs we ate while it was dry LOL

I Live in Ohio and drive my T bucket year 'round. As long as there is no snow, slush or ice on the road. I've been out as low as 18 degrees, Caught in hail storms, rain etc... Even with the grandkids along. My granddaughter is a trooper! Even my wife and the lil weenie like it!

I love my seabring convertible, but wife complains when we are driving with the top down. When she drives it by herself, the top is always down when she comes home......WTF?

  16. The wife lets me drive her Super Sport once in a while. Twins in the back seat, about to run the Speedway track at Kansas City GG's. Denver has great weather for a ragtop.

  18. ive only ridden in one convert (with the top down) it was my highschool friends 69 chevelle p.o.s it was a beautiful day im kind of introvert so i wasnt real comfortable but it was a different experience

i think most cars loose style as converts especailly musclecars some 50's cars look better as converts

i still want a real 67 cobra and i wouldnt pass up a 32 roadster though
