This picture is from Englishtown, NJ sometime in the 1980's when they had some sort of nostalgia meet. The photo is from a late friend and I have no information on the car ... reall or not.

Two shots of the Warbucks car at the 1995 S/S Reunion at VA Motorsports Park. I believe Mark Kuykendahl owned it and the Brannan cars on the car hauler.

This is the former Delta Ford - Bay City MI, a four speed car driven by "The Flyin Farmer" Don Leddy. Believe that Joe Potenti from NJ had the car when this photo was taken. The car is currently owned by a private collector in AZ.

    Pulliam Motors - Charlotte, NC
Rod Tyler Ford - Schoolcraft, MI
    Southside Ford - Chicago, IL
    Acord-Connaway Motors - Eldorado, IL
    Wayne-Jones Inc. - Leakesville, NC
    Bender Ford - Syracuse, NY

All I have is this one which I believe is of the Southside Ford Thunderbolt taken at Great Lakes Dragaway. The Southside T-Bolt was originally an automatic car and from Chicago.

Bender car was named Gigi...I posted it a few pages back. ;)

The Acord-Connaway car was totalled at Indy. John Durand has very clear pics of the car totalled on his site for sale. So sad.

64 Cyclone and Kentuckian; Thanks for the info and pics. Was "Gigi" the original paint scheme on the Bender T-Bolt. If I recall correctly Don Snyder has 3 white T-Bolts in his collection--Drew Ford, Bridenthal, and ??? Thanks. Sylvanus

So--Mr. Snyder owns FOUR white T-Bolts, Brannans Burgundy No. 1, and Bonners Hardtop?? Wow--what a fortunate man.

  20. Yup, I think he may have had up to 8 T-bolts at one time but sold a couple. He also has Brannan's '62 & '63 lightweights Galaxies, Ohio Georges '64 AFX Comet among many, many more cars. A great collection that I've been lucky to visit. He is also a very nice and humble man on top of it.

  21. Thats him. He has a world class model T collection too.

WOW!! I just received and read the latest Muscle Car Enthusiast magazine--and learned some interesting FACTS!! about T-Bolts. According to the author, DST built 11 burgundy ones, then 100 white ones, 89 of which had 4 speeds. Why don't these people do some research and get their facts straight. After all--that is a national publication.

Wait a minute. I have an old atricle that clearly states there were only 50 built!

  24. Facts, why worry about facts.....

I wonder if some of these writers are even car guys. I think they just recycle old incorrect information instead of putting effort into research. This then just spreads more misinformation over and over again.

I will gladly offer to buy up the other 50 bogus cars for the value of their parts. LOL

Intermission is over, time to start posting some new photos!

I remember seeing this car in the 60's with a SBC. In the photo it had a 468 BBC with THM-400. During the era this car was raced, I think it was Chevy powered longer than it was Ford powered. Also note the absence of door locks, fiberglass doors. It also had a plexi windshield. A former Drag Council car.

    Regards,
    Dennis

Looks like on the back of Larry Short's ramp truck. I hauled it from Detroit to Spring COR Swap Meet in Columbus, then we rolled it from my trailer to Short's. If it was my car, I think I would of restored it lettered up as Walker Ford (white) or Bill Currie Ford (orange) with the short side trim. Likewise with a four speed. Milo said they pulled the automatic as soon as he received it. When you get a car for $1.00, I guess you can't be choosy. LOL

I guess the "generic Wimbeldon White as delivered from DST" are ok, but lettered and repainted up as a race car is even better.

Another thing I recall, the deck lid was full of lead when Bob Trevarrow got it.

    Regards,
    Dennis
