  2. Wow, a great deal , wish I had did some homework as I just paid premium on an original on eek-bay. I will be needing additionals though, they will get some business from me. I also heard that they are looking for a new supplier of metalflake steering wheels. Has anyone heard anything concrete on that?

I just found these on Friday, they also make a super tach and the cup seperate. I've paid $50+ for a nice cup. It's about time they came out with these, makes me feel like I waisted my time gutting an old one and putting the modern guts in it two years ago...

They are metal. The cup and brackets are virtual duplicates of the originals. I just added one to my 60 GMC. I had an original junk FZ88n, so I pulled the pointer adjusting screw and some of the internal hardware, and mounted it in an NOS original long cup instead of the new NC-5 shorter version. It looks pretty decent and is a lot cheaper than trying to find a mint original in working condition. The first picture was taken through the back window so there's a lot of glare.

I just got one , but haven't hooked it up yet. It does look really good, much better than a Moon tach. The only thing that I don't like is it's made in China, not Chicago. :(:(:(
