I had one of those in 1965.

 

I wanted one of those in 1969.

 

Thats Jack Chrisman, Art's uncle...and that sedan hauled ass!

 

Back in 69 I was not old enough to know what to do with one of those and would of thought it was icky.

 

Isn't something when you look at the old downtown photo's there were people all over the sidewalks......in the later photo's almost no one. How sad. In most cases, the downtown photos looked more inviting than the new ones. Cities brought people together....Walmart brings us China made goods. Just my $.02 I love the old towns.
