I know it's already been done, but I started this the other day and thought I would finish it.

I gave you some other color options too.

Could someone finish my 1949 Wayfarer for me? Its been sectioned 2" and chopped 3". I plan on lowering the back and doing a trangulated 4 link. Its been so slow with all the spot welds and grinding, and its getting old. I am not sure of how it should look finished, other than wide whites, always liked flames, not sure of a color, I don't care for burgandy though. James D, you helped me out with a chop of a stock wayfarer. I've started this without a plan, and need some inspiration. Thanks for the help.

Here you go. The colour is just my first thought. Any ideas about chrome trim and suchlike?

Wow, James, I can't believe thats my car. I don't see how you can do that, it looks like theres glass, even a reflection in the paint of grass? That is awesome. I love how you blended the rear fender on the car, the stance and wheels. I like the color, but not quite sure about it. I think I'm going to use the chrome trim on the bottom rockers, and the trim right under the windows that end just a little past the side rear. Sorry about not having a clue on what color to paint it, but could you try maybe a little more minty blue? Thanks alot for photoshoping it, that is amazing!

Fantastic job James! I'm bowing in your general direction; you just can't see it... ;)

How long did this honestly take you to complete? I might be able to accomplish the same effect in a week. Then again, I am using a copy of PS from 2003. :p

    Thanks!

Honestly? It took 70minutes. Lunch hour plus a bit.

You have any ideas for this car? Chrome or colours? You´re the best with that stuff.

I heart Caddies. Took a balanced 2.5"-ish out, then layed the backlite down. Did you know that it is 2-for-1 chop day? :D

i'm kind of new with the photochoppin so i'm gonna have to ask the experts on this one,,
    this is my 65 impala,,
i wanna have a kool paintjob on her but can't yet deside what i'm gonna do with her,,

  18. LOL! You got your truck cab chopped too, at NO EXTRA CHARGE! I'm not sure, but I think he also took about 2.5" out of your garage door too. Shouldn't be a problem though as long as you keep all your cars low enough! ;)

Added your chrome parts and bumpers. Looks a lot better with them in place.

That's sick James... I'm thinking twice about posting my version- i'm gonna look like a three year old with a fistful of crayons standing next to Michelangelo.

Ah c´mon now, don´t be shy!

Russian (and anyone else) - since you were asking, here are a couple of perfect (non photoshopped!) photos to copy the "shine" from. Some excellent reflections and a nice horizon line and highlights. Copy what you see here and make it fit whatever car you are working on. Some good reference for you.
