If you hold your mouse over your name and look at the bottom of the screen you'll see a number. I SMELL SMOKE, you were member# 51380. I'm sure someone who is more computer literate could explain it better. Maybe we should just go by our membership numbers instead of screen names . . . . kinda like they use to do with convicts . . . .

DAMN...I might be able to tell what number a member is...but dial up makes it almost impossible to be the first to respond!!!!

 

It was...tha HAMB passed 100,000 member a while back. This is just another one of them topics that people seem to be repeating, making other members upset about the fact that people continue to post topics that have been covered before!!!!

Just posting the facts as seen on the main opening page. 99968 right now. This was not intended as a thread to search for your own personal ID number. Search function gave no other topic regarding 100.000 members.

 

Chaddilac--I have a Mac and the hover thing works just fine. Kiss my Mac ass PCs!

 

99968 may mean actual members who have either posted or at least visited the forum in some specified time. Each guy that signs up gets a number but the actual number of active members is 99968. Some probably sign up and never ever come back. Those guys would be not be included in the 99968 number.

Company where I work has 7600 employees but employee numbers are in the 15000s now. Same idea.
