Right on big creep! Sounds like your girl is a keeper....happy birthday (you know you owe her a nice dinner)
Well, I hope your girl is your wife and not just a girlfriend. If not, you better step up and ink the deal before it is too late.
Wish my wife would do that. All I get are clothes, but I'm supposed to get her exactly what she wants. What the hell!!!
yea shes just my girlfriend, but she will be my wife soon, first girl ive ever been with that doesnt fight with me.
Sounds like you got a pretty good relationship going. Make sure you give her the same support in return (assuming her ride needs patch panels! - just joking). Seriously she sounds like a lovely lady.
I'd put a lock on her if I were you... I taught my girlfriend how to lead... I just gave her the torch and a paddle and said, "Go for it Baby!" She did...that's worth some points in my book!
yea im a lucky motherfucker! i do return the favor, and i love here very very much! crazy how love works?
That's so cool, big creep! If you two can share each other's interests and laugh frequently, you're gonna do great. Happy for both of you. Real love is a two-way street, and when both are giving, it's the best. In fact...it's the only way. My wife, Sandy, and I have been together for 23 years. My girlfriend before her showed no interest or even basic respect for my hobby. She called my '52 Chevy a "lugwump", saying it didn't have "any spirit". She informed me that I was "allowed" to have only one old car at a time. HA. When Sandy saw my Chevy, she stuck her head inside and exclaimed, "Wow...this car has character!"...and proceeded to drag my into the back seat for "kisses". LOL. We now live on a big farm, and I have a barn-full of oldies. She thinks it's cool. She's always encouraged and supported my hobby. She's never complained if we broke down in one of them. She considers it to be an adventure. She's listened to me go on about hot rods so much over the years, that she knows more about them than some guys do. Frequently, when we're out for a country drive, she'll say, "Stop Mr!...I see an old car behind that barn!" Or just as we're passin' a farm, she'll kinda call out, "Whada ya got in yer barn?!", as if there might be an old car or two hiding in there. LOL. She's bought me many thoughtful hot rod-type gifts. Henry Gregor Felson's complete set of books, as well as Don Montgomery's set. She took the time and effort to speak to Mr. Montgomery on the phone a number of times, and got him to sign each book to me in time for this last Christmas. She usually has a tool for me on birthdays and such. Her favorite things are china, wind-chimes, bird-feeders, bird-houses, and especially flowers. So you can bet that I accommodate her. I bust butt in the yard. You ought to see all the flowers and birds here! TWEET! In fact, I've learned a lot about flowers and stuff from her. So...we share each other's hobbies, and it's been great. You two have many wonderful years to look forward to. God bless you both. - Rick
