Down on the calendar. I see it's $10.00 for spectators for one day. Does that include kids? Just curious.

 

$10 for one day, $15 for both.

12 and under are free, as are Police, Fire and Active Military (with I.D.)

Swap Meet on Sunday

Bands both days - will announce the line up in a couple of days (its going to be GOOD )

Looks like i might have to make this one,we went to the lone star round up for the first time and i can't wait for next year...Does anyone know about how many cars show up at this one...

2009 was the first year and ~350 cars showed up.

This year is going to be bigger for sure. Everyone had a good time last year, so it will grow. It was HOT as heck last year (105 degrees) which I'm sure kept some people away. The show is scheduled in early June this year, so it shouldnt be quite so hot.

 

If my job dosent have me out on the road, I will be there.

Me and my Girlfriend went last year to the first one but I didn't have a car ready, so we were spectators. The only problem was what to do around the show - evenings and eating and stuff.

Any suggestions? The Girlfriend said "Giddings, the most boring place on earth."

We both enjoyed the show though!

 

u know todd we had some BBQ in town that was pretty dam good we are hitting it up again forsure this year it will be cool if there was a cruise at night

 

City Meat Market has some GREAT BBQ.
