Headin' out yesterday. Bigger piece of cardboard in front of the radiator
because it's kinda' cold here in the valley and a lot colder in the Smokie's.
Beautiful day for a drive again today, but need a bit more cardboard to run the heater optimally.

i just posted a thread re richmondville days and included a couple of pix of my 30 mordor. it runs mII front end, 2.3 basically stock, 5 speed and "new" original style interior. it is a great "tourer" and always generates a converstion when it stops. pretty milktoast compared to the BA vehicles preceding in this thread but i have had loads of fun, which is what it is all about.

Yep mine has a back seat in it. The seat is out of a mid 2000's caravan middle seat with two built in child seats. I have two little boys so that is why I went this way. These pics are from the test fit.

I do believe that the Model A Sedan is the most abused body. There are so many terds out there that push extremes to new levels. Subtlety goes a long way with these. You don't have to channel it within an inch of it's like for it to be cool.....

    This thing is perfect!

  28. Here are a few pics of the one I am working on. The pics were taken after I cleaned all the crap out of it. Am taking pics as I go along, right now have the doors and hinges off, all of the interior out, body worked the rear fenders and stripped paint off of these and 90% of the body. Leaning towards a '60's style look, full fendered and no chop. Thought I would start a build thread when I have enough pics to show real progress. I work on it 4 to 6 hrs a day, and my goal is to have it ready to drive to the round-up next year. I really enjoy the hamb, real world people with an unbelievable amount of knowledge, which has helped me with my build plan.

Got that right. Many a nice A sedan has met it's demise by the hands of an over-excited guy with a sawzall. Full fenders, no chop or modest chop is the way to go.

  30. THANK YOU! Wise words
