Here's one that belongs to Dave Purdy. He's had this forever.

 

Very nice! How did you lower that? I like the stance and going to lower mine this summer.

 

Ya I got some but I am 1500 miles from home and I dont have any pics on the pc I have with me, but I will post some on the weekend when I get home.

 

It have been "bagged" with Universal Air Suspensions bags.

You're gonna wish you removed all the trim and handles,when you pull all that tape off! You aren't gonna be happy with the results! Just my opinion....Like the choice of colors though.

 

Those Caddy taillights ruin the look of that car!!!! Might as well have Billet wheels on it,and Mustang mirrors.

Oh i know its a bad thing...I've done my time in a paint booth before Iso poisoning. We use to call these " Car Lot" paint jobs. We did them when times were lean between good paying jobs. Lean days, kinda like it is today.

 

I heard the reason that merc has flames is becouse they burnt through the black paint buffing it for a big show in North Dakota. The quick fix was the flames.

 

I thought, for a change, I'd go post-war and picked up this 51 four door from a friend. One owner and all that. But, I have two other projects and I'm low on time and money. So, I've decided to p*** it on to someone else. Put it on eBay this morning. But, if it was a two door, it would head to the front of the line. They are all beautiful, stock or otherwise.

 

I know what you're thinking!!!!! That's NOT why I flamed mine,hahaha!

This is my girlfriend's '52. It's been sitting for a while, but it is solid and runs (hopefully). We're going to start getting it on it's feet in a few weeks.

 

I guess the owners are Hambers...
