Hey! That's me in my 67 American. Interesting that your next post shows a Falcon rally Car. My American was an ex factory car that ran the Shell 4000 Rally here in Canada. It was 1 of the 2 '67's that AMC campaigned. The 57 Pontiac in the other lane is still in Drag Competiton today. He runs the Can/Am Stock, Super Stock series up here. I may even see the car rhis weekend at Cayuga

I happened to be poking around rally sites, particularly for the Shell rallies in Canada from the 60's looking for Corvair rally car pictures, but found links to other sites with a lot of neat vintage stuff I posted here.

    What a coincidence!

Somewhere there is a pic of 1 of the AMC Rally Cars on display with Driver & Navigator. I will do a search & try to find it. The American I had is one of those shoulda kept cars. I have started to search for it. Found out area where it was last known to be. Probably long gone, but you never know. The pic you posted is from the old Mohawk Strip in '68.

  7. Seems to be only one tool there that would be of any use. The one with the wooden handle and weighs about 3 pounds.
