Event Coverage New event in Florida!!

It is indeed on.

June 12th at The Monterey Club/Kreepy Tiki Tattoos. The address is listed below. There will be several bands, including the Kings of Hell, Cadillac Bombers, and the Hep Cat Boo Daddies. There will be a fire knife performance and authentic hula dancers from Tahiti, Samoa, and New Zealand, put on by Polynesian Proud Productions. There will be a pinup contest. There will be a traditional burlesque show performed by Miss Jenna Beth and her Cupcake Burlesque troupe. There will be enough food to feed a small army, and lastly, there will be plenty of beer!

Oh, did I mention that a portion of the proceeds will go to the Magic Childrens Fund?

$5 on foot, $10 if ya bring a hot rod. That's a cheap date from where I stand. If you live in Florida, you have no reason to be anywhere else on June 12th.

Once the flier is finalized, it will be posted. I am hoping that is what you were referring to, and not the amount of activities within the event itself. I think we are offering a lot for a small amount of money. As far as the name, we just named it that, so why would we change it? I am confused by your comments.

 

Yes, that is what I meant... just wondering ifn there would be an official flyer. Sadly for me, a planned trip to Nashville this weekend isn't going to happen and it looks like the resked date is going to preclude my making your show. LOVE those Tahitian dancers! Gary

Well hot damn! Sounds like a good time. Maybe I'll have my "new" cruiser road worthy by then. It'd be nice to have a maiden voyage in it down there to hang with you all in some south Florida ruckus. Ya'll DO know how to have a good time down there. It's been to long... I'll see if I can ralley any more Tampa area guys. Hey Domkey, let me know if ya cruise down. I may follow.

The only way to get a good car show is to start one yourself. Either that, or just complain that there is never anything going on in your town. Make it happen, brother.

 

The show starts at 5pm, and goes all night long. The bands come on at 7pm.

 

Wish I could have to town full of good lookin women from 2 state schools to see around. That was a good 4 years.

I think about it all the time. I just never have any time. I work 10 to 14 hours a day hustling freight and only have the weekends. I cant even get motivated to change the oil in my cars lately. Just too tired or maybe im getting lazy. Id also like to start a petition to get the old rt 20 dragstrip opened. We need one here. The dude that bought it a while back probaly isnt interested anymore anyways.
