Chevrolets, were built in many places other than Detroit, both 1929 Chev's I've had were built in Regina, Saskatchewan in Canada. I wonder what happened to that plant?

I really did know that. In fact, I think the first Chevrolet plant was in Bay City, MI. When did Van Nuys assembly begin production? I was really just commenting on how dramatically different the scenery was from Southeast Michigan.

That's the Packard Predicta in front of an old Studebaker plant building. It's in the Studebaker National Museum in South Bend.

 

Just to clarify, the sign on the building says california.
