My 62 Plymouth Belvedere. I owned this car years ago, and sold it to a friend. It sat rotting in this warehouse for Six or Seven years, so I bought it back. It is currently getting a few patch panels welded in, cowl repair, bodywork. Subframe connectors are in, and A straight front axle w/ 2% altered wheelbase is in the works. Progress is slow but steady!

    As it sat (Oct '09):

Just found this thread. Love all the pics, and all the possibilies. I'm currently working on a 1963 Pontiac Catalina 2dr coupe gasser. A little out of the norm I agree. This is how I brought it home, almost rust free. No rot anywhere.

This is where I'm at right now. '57 Chevy truck front beam axle all layed in with new front frame. Disc conversion. And going to mount a rack and piion to the axle.

This is the rear tires and wheels I hope to use or much the same in a different width. In this pic the wheels/tire are just sitting against the drum.

I'm building a turbocharged '60 389 block out to 406 with all the goodies to build big power. I've got the block getting checked out (sonic'd great) bored for the Ross forged dished pistons. I have new GRP aluminum rods and a new forged Ohio 389/400 3.75 stroke crank. Waiting for the splayed 4 bolt caps to arrive. I bought a set of KRE 325 cfm aluminium heads to flow big numbers. A friend on another board is making and selling a turbo header set that is in the mail coming right now

Using a 4L80 OD built trans and not settled on the rear gear yet. If money holds out (I sold a '73 Trans Am for this build) I want all fiberglass front clip but if I stay with the sheet metal I'll build it as a one piece front tilt.
That's my ride to be. The '73 trans Am made 1065 hp to the flywheel, I hope to better that with the good parts. This is a pic of the engine compartment.

    Thanks for looking. Mark L

This is my '67 Fury, shortly after the windsheild was smashed out by a falling tree limb. Note the stenciled Batman graphic... there isn't one on the other side. It's just a basic 318/2bbl./Automatic, no options. Other than some suede and a rehashed interior, I'm really not planning anything huge with it- just drive it and enjoy it! That kind of is the idea, right?

I checked my Documents and only found Video of my 1940 Pickup's first drive. I have many picks of the Frame up restoration. But no pic's of the Completed Truck as of yet. Its still a work in progress.

  26. Here's some shots of my 48 chev. Aside from the color change and the 2" lowering blocks in the rear, the car is stock. No plans on making any changes on this one. I plan on selling another car I own to buy/build my hot rod
