In remembering all of our fallen Korean war vets,------I salute them & their memory, giving the supreme sacrifice so that we might enjoy life's riches in the land of the free & have the right to express our opionions such as on the HAMB.------Don (USN 1951-1955)
Right you are Kenny!!!---We were exchanging empty oxy bottles for full ones that day. Thats why you see our landing craft in pix #2-----Don
Thank you for your service Don and to all of those who have served, are serving now and in the future. Regardless of what our President says this IS a great country that has sacrificed for the freedom of many peoples around the world as evidenced by the rows and rows of white crosses in fields far from our shores. Each cross represents a life that didn't get to share the American dream to it's fullest, instead died to give a shot at that dream to generations beyond thier own existence. May God bless them all. Frank
I agree I have uncles who lost thier lives in defense of our country. My Father served in WWII. Very few WWII veterns are still with us ... Randy
