I just want to have fun before I die. This year will be a season of low budget playing with toys. I plan to load up these 2 bikes and my replica 1901 Olds runabout on a golf cart trailer pulled behind my little pickup instead of my big dually and hit the road looking for fun. Join me-----

49cc and under (with functioning pedals) are legal to drive in most areas without a license or plates

Ive seen quote a few new conversions lately - very popular with the DUI guys who still want to get to work.

I have most of the parts for mine and I'll be coming after you, Paul!!!!! Have you came up with a name for your motorized bicycle gang yet?? I know that you didn't like my suggestions so I'm just curious to hear what you've got that could top the "Gypsum Gypsies"!!

Those are really. I restored a couple of old bikes as a kid and always thought it would be cool to put a motor on one. Looks like a lot of fun my man...

Those are pretty cool but they need more power! Will they do wheelies?

I guess I should finish the West Coast Chopper bicycle (walmart sold them) that I started to motorize a couple of years ago. Got the 5hp B&s motor mounted and the 2spd centrifigul clutch setup mocked into place and my attention got diverted so it has just sat. I should finish it as I'm almost 66 and running out of ways to kill myself before 70.:cool::D

My friend Larry came over yesterday and we rode a couple of these bikes all around town and the Sheriff Deputy on patrol left us alone. Raining hard today so no way to get out there now.

here my turn on the slower stead in the Flats stable. Made the Mad Mad tour of Gypsum with out hitting anything or getting ran over by farm implements.

If you lose weight the bike will go faster..I just lost 25# and my 24 volt scooter can make it up my little hill.

I have been holding the slowest/ugliest bike for Paul. Kinda suits me.

Took it to Indy GG this weekend. Truthfully, it was one of the "hits" of the event.

I parked it in my pal Rooman's Top Fuel dragster pit, which was beneath the grandstand, during the racing action. I was sitting in the shade under the grandstand waiting for the track to be cleared and noticed numerous guys checking out the bike...and NOT the dragster! Struck me as very odd, yet funny.

That old bike sure saved me some shoe leather. We were pitted almost a mile from the showers. I was happy to ride rather than walk. By the time I got back from my shower, my hair was dry.

Of course I needed to look and smell good because Denise was in town.

  30. A shower won't help your looks but at least the smell won't arrive before you!!!
