Event Coverage $$$ LARS and Camp HAMB,pic's $$$

Cruzr,32Gal,Irish Mike and me,met up and drove over EARLY,so we could get set up and save as many spots as possible. We got a great spot next to the bathrooms again. LOTS of HAMBers stopped by,got some of the AWESOME cookies! I think she puts crack in them....cause you can't eat just one! Hate to say it,but I had 28,hahaha!
The highlite for me was Eric(Tet****Shot)came all the way from Hawaii and brought this incredible,surviver Hotrod,that looked like the guy wanted a Allard styel Sportscar. It was great seeing him again,cause we hung out together all the time at shows, when he lived here.
I only got about 200-300 pic's this year,cause I was relaxing at the Camp HAMB,meeting the guys who stopped by and chatting. I'm still at work right now,so you'll have to wait til I get home to see my pic's.
Can't tell you how much fun we had....Groucho untied my shoes at least 6 times,and pulled one off and through it,haha!

Ran into Kirk,at the Hotdog stand....It was great to finally meet him! THANK GOD he's over the "snuggler" thing,hahaha!!!!
He pointed out where THIS was parked....after slobbering on the front tire,I closed my mouth and got some pic's,haha! I saw him driving it out on Sunday,and all I could think of was **** YEAH!!!!!!

Couple more Cross-Country HAMBers....

 

On Sunday,I helped park cars in the Suede/Traditional area.( Not my name!) This guy pulled in with this old show truck!!!! It was SICK!!!!!! It belonged to a guy my friend knows,who showed it for years! Looks like someone just parked it and left it! The young guy who owns it now has had it for 15 years. He told me it was Watson's first flake paint job. He also said,Hines and Barris worked on it too...





It was known as the Nugget...














Headliner...


Still has the Caddy in it...He said even the heads were chrome when he got it.

 

This was the Camp HAMB set up on Sunday,for the Suede Corral/Traditional parking...Not as many guys as last year,but I still filled it up. Some Bozo with a '36 Streetrod,wouldn't move! He thought he had the "right" to be there! Since I really have NO authority,I just let it go.

El Bombero and teach'm parked next to me...Styles,the pinstriper,parked behind me...




We had great seats for the "Kirk Parade",hahaha!

This really looked great on the outside! But the interior was Ostrich!!! It even had an Ostrich wrapped Banjo steering wheel,hahaha!




I don't know about interiors,but he has good taste in woman....
