Just got back from the NorCal Knock out show in Vallejo. Had a good mix of hot rods, customs, race cars, and some vintage trailers. I fell in love with a little Jap drag bike. I didnt get a chance to get the history on it. if any one knows fill me in. Oh and the show is on for next year too!
The Legion Spl made it to the show under its own power thanks to this man: Segi the best Mechanic in Vallejo.<p>
Hey Matt, Great pictures man. It was good seeing you today. Now that I know you're not hating on me for not stopping bye the shop and I'll do my best to come bye sometime. I posted that picture of you on the Legion Special and my wife asked me who that good lookin guy was.
I completely spaced going to shoot that combo, super cool person. that Matt Seret is soooo dreamy. definately going again next year.
the thermostat was stuck, and blew the head gasket, Segi took the head in and had it checked and decked, took the thermostat out and it runs 20 degrees cooler.
That Jap bike belonged to one of Triumph Bills friends. Next time you talk to him I'm sure he can give you the scoop on it.
Thanks Matt for all the energy you put into the show. I will be there next year with my sedan Delivery ( after I come see you at your shop) Great energy, cars, people and Music. That shaved ice was sooooooo goooood cherrrrrryyy Going to be a tradition !!!
Good pics Matt and darn nice show to boot. Good seeing you again. TLS looks fantastic in person and I was digging the coupe too.
Thanks for sharing , great shots , I think that is the first airflow I have ever seen on the road and pulling a trailer, too cool,,,,,
Great Pictures of the event, and thanks for giving us an update on the Legion Special. Do you know if the Legion Special's PacNorWest Tour 2010 is still on?
Glad you found the problem. Amazing what problems a little $5 part can cause. I don't have one in my roadster either. You don't need them in the flat lands of Nor. Cal.
