This looks like a new White truck chassis out for a test or demo.

Looks like a 1909 EMF. Small driver and funny camera angle make it look like a much bigger car. 1909 Mass plate also.

Photos of a garage and tow truck which maybe from Penn. area. Occasionally you see sedans like this that the back was cut out of and the wrecker boom put inside.

This truck has quite the lettering job with the signs added to the roof.....

Here are a couple Mercers. I'd even settle for the well-used one with the 1920 Connecticut plate on it.

In the initial production year of 1909, the Sears was offered only as a $395.00, solid-tired, runabout. But starting in 1910, Sears offered 5 different models of the automobile. The truth of the matter is that they were all basically the same car with different amenities, like fenders, lights, tops, etc.

Here's a picture of some happy Sears customers out for a drive in their Sears Motor Buggy.

While GM and Ford messed around with unconventional engine architectures and drive line layouts during the 1930s, Chrysler didn’t just sit on its thumbs. Indeed, under project manager Ken Lee, they built a pair of five-cylinder radial-engine front-wheel-drive cars that underwent about 200,000 miles of testing. One even received a well-constructed body designed just for the purpose.

Before the dam was built and Lake Cumberland was backed up, they used to hold annual speedboat races down on the Cumberland River every August. Fans would come from as far away as Lexington and Bowling Green for the weekend. This photo was taken in August of 1938, below where the Big South Fork emptied into the main river.

This July 1940 picture shows the Walnut Automobile Dealership in downtown Somerset. They sold Chevrolets. This car is decorated for the annual Fourth of July Parade. Notice the old gas pumps just behind the car.

Picture, Courtesy of F.A.S.T (Ford "A" Speed Technology) Magazine. It's believed that they are looking for the F.A.S.T. Manager, Jim Brierly with the starting flag as he's the only one they know that could of been alive back then.
