Just re-started on the 32 yesterday. Today trying to mod a 41-48 Ford column with a chevy truck inner shaft to use a 41-48 chevy car steering wheel and an Olds horn button :)

Going out to hardware store to get another flange bearing for the column. I'm doing away with the Ford rubber upper column bushing...

It all fits so far..knock on wood

Tearing down the front suspension on the Chevy. Since the front suspension wil suffice for everything I can forsee doing in the next ten years, I decided to completely rebuild it now, instead of just giving it king pins and link pins to get it on the road for a while. I'm glad I did, since I found the driver's side lower control arm is rusted pretty nastily at the spring pocket. Anyone put a MII front in theirs and still have the old parts lying around? :)

Pulled the 390 out of the wife's 56 T-bird, now I have to detail the engine compartment, and drop in the original 312. Maybe someday I'll be able to work on my shit.

Had to break out the tractor and box blade today - all this damn rain we've had over the last two weeks washed out my driveway, creating a huge rut and holes that needed fixed. Yay.

Wrenching on the '66. I've still got some electrical gremlins going on where I can't even drive the damn thing out of the garage! Idles great, stalls in gear, with all of my electrical components doing wild shit.

Oh, and hanging out here while I try to quit being pissed at my car!
